Should have lead a team of L1 and L2 Role: ·      Design, Install and Manage VMWare ESX 3.5 Servers Clusters and Storage. ·      Configuration of DRS, HA and vMotion on the cluster on the blade servers. ·      Managing EMC CX3-20/40 Series Storage Area Network. ·      Continuous research and performance tuning for Virtual Machines and VMWare ESX Cluster throughput.  ·      Provisioning new Virtual Machines as and when required for production or testing. ·      Knowledge Transfer of architecture,  SOP documents for troubleshooting and related escalations process ·      Installing & maintaining MTA, RELAY Mail Servers in global environment. ·      Managing DNS, Apache and Kerberos authentication environment with 500+ users ·      Handling all real-time P0 situations for Mail flow and troubleshooting accordingly ·      Publishing SOP documents for handling L0, L1 & L2 issues and related escalations process. ·      R & D with related applications on FreeBSD/Linux and performance tuning as required. ·      Architected VMWare ESX Infrastructure Cluster with OpenFiler iSCSI storage in Data Centre ·      Responsible for all VMWare Cluster and RedHat Linux based systems in the Data Centre. . ·      Deploy and manage Redundant and load balanced DNS with 30+domains on CentOS 5.x Server. ·      Monitor all the services from 3 different Dimensions for 24x7 critical alerting with RCA capability. ·      Upgrading & patching OS and application level. Servers are audited frequently for security loopholes. ·      System tuning, load testing and implementing failover mechanisms for the applications ·      Responsible for the Solaris and Red Hat Linux based servers in Development and Production Environment. Solaris 10 & Red Hat EL 5, 4 , 3 & RH 9 are used. ·      Responsible for VMWare ESX 2.5.x, 3.0.x, Xiotech SAN & Agami filer. ·      Regular Patch updates such as security, DST time zone, etc.. ·      Deploy and manage an FTP Server with complex requirements.

Role Summary/Purpose - Reporting to a COE leader, the IM PS Project Manager will be responsible for SAP solutions for all business processes around Project systems. The candidate will be also establish operating rhythm with global leaders and collaborate to find opportunities for simplification and standardization. Long term strategic planning, contribution to the overall business strategy, is also key to the role.

Essential Responsibilities - Responsible for blueprint design, approvals and change control around all PS solutions (core PS and integration with sales, finance, operations, DW). Manage service providers for effective RTS including breakfix, enhancements, training, functional assistance. Also be responsible for the delivery of service provider SLAs and metrics.Participate in global PS implementations. Take on project lead responsibilities as necessary·Own necessary documentation for business domain knowledge. · Facilitate preparation of business case justifications for major developments, following the Water approved PMO/DPMM processes.·Work in a matrix organization and collaborate with cross functional teams in ITO, SAP and DW·Work closely with Program Managers, SAP functional leaders and CTO teams to ensure complete solution & landscape integrity.Lead the migration of PS version to ECC6 as part of the SAP upgrade project.· Ensure compliance with all SAP standards and SOX requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements - Degree in Information Technology or Business Management. · Minimum 5+ years of SAP work experience, including atleast 3 years of proven PS experience. Experience in designing and configuring cross-functional business solutions and system integrations,·At least 2 full life cycle PS implementations experience- 4.6c or ECC6. · Experience in successfully working in a Matrix organization · Ability to work effectively with remote global teams · Strong written and oral communication skills.
