  1. Dear Mr Kranthi,

I am having an experience of 20 years in the Army and that makes me pretty confident of handling any of the varied assignments, but the irony (and also a fact) is that the probable employers are always looking for certain acedemic qualifications which certainly I could not have acquired while in service. As a result, I find myself being relegated by people having one fourth of my experience (and probably maturity too) when I apply for various opportunities. I strongly feel that, since I am aiming for a Senior/Mid level Management posts, it should not at all be difficult for me to organise my function and task and provide the desired results, as I do have the experience and maturity to obtain results from members of my team (who in most cases would already be in the know of the procedures and ways of functioning). It thus would only be a matter of minimum a fortnight to a maximum of a month that I can be well adept at the requirements of the appointment being tenated. But, the moot point is that will the employer understand this or is there anyone who will make him understand this??

Sending you my CV as a separate mail. Please do consider me for a suitable opportunity commensurate to my profile.

With best wishes for all your endeavours.

    Ranvir
