GENERAL MANAGER – SALES / Business Manager / Country Head

JOB Description

Excellent communication skills in Portuguese is mandatory.

Position: GENERAL MANAGER – SALES / Business Manager / Country Head

Location: MOZAMBIQUE

Responsibility:

  • ·          Driving the Sales targets with success.
  • ·          Sell IT solutions (ERP/CRM/HRMS/DMS etc)
  • ·          Activate and manage the sales force & process.
  • ·          Plan and execute solution sales strategy.
  • ·          Co-ordinate pre-sales activity leading to sales.
  • ·          Generate sales leads from target market
  • ·          Maintain customer database of prospective clients and key decision makers
  • ·          Collect outstanding payments
  • ·          Other sales promotional activities
  • ·          Provide sales and management reports on regular basis.
  • ·          Provide direct and regular reporting to the CEO / Location Head.

Requirement:
  • ·          Proven record of achieving high sales targets
  • ·          An excellent understanding of the current software industry and market is essential
  • ·          Strong knowledge of Tier 1 software vending solutions and license programs i.e. Microsoft, Oracle etc.
  • ·          An excellent understanding of and experience with the software industry and market in Africa.

Experience:
·          Post Graduate with 6+ years experience in Software sales (Preferably ERP Sales)

Desired Skills:
  • ·          Able to generate new business and manage accounts.
  • ·          Demonstrate thorough grasp of complex I.T solution selling
  • ·          Excellent communication, interpersonal, convincing, analytical and problem solving skills
  • ·          Self motivation and self starter approach
  • ·          Candidate should posses good communication skills in Portuguese is mandatory.
