JAVA Technical Lead - Web & Mobile Applications

You will be part of the team developing next generation integrated mobile applications for various industry segments using a mix of server side and handset technologies. Typical technology mix will be a combination of Web 2.0 technologies, Dynamic Languages, WAP, SMS, Mobile device native API's and custom mobile application frameworks and tools

Key Job Functions:
• Work with Sr. Management to Define the product specifications
• Work with CTO / Architects to Develop the High Level Design
• Develop the technical & project implementation plans
• Take full ownership of the implementation plan
• Deliver product features as per release schedule and quality expectations.
• Be an individual contributor (very hands on) as well as manage your team
• Interact with prospective customers during product demos/evaluations

Profile:
• Engineering or Computers degree
• At least 5 years of experience in programming in an OOP language such as C++ or Java.
