Critical Requirement: 
- Good Communication Skills (Verbal and written) 
- J2EE with preferably Tomcat, JBoss 
- Java (1.5) - JUnit + scripting languages - JSP, Servlets, JDBC 
- XML, XSD, XSL, XML Parsers - XML over HTTP 
- Good team player - OOAD, SOA - Oracle or DB2 Knowledge 
- Web Services, Preferably Axis 
- Preferably Linux Knowledge 
- Able to validate application design for security, performance and scalability 
- Performance analysis and troubleshooting applications in production 
- IDEALLY should have worked on Payment/health domain before 

Job Description: 
- Design and Architect the software using J2EE / open source / Database to meet the functional and non-functional requirements of the system - Decide on the suitable frameworks / technology for the design
- Maintaining code quality by code reviews and setting up right checks and balances with the Manager 
- Flexibility to act as Individual contributor or Team player depending upon project requirements 
- Deliver assigned module on time and by maintaining the quality 
- Work with the project manager to ensure project delivery on time with quality 
- Mentor Software Engineers / Tech leads 
- Work on estimation and schedule 

Additional:
- Conduct seminars / training on new technologies 
- Work with recruitment team to conduct interviews

Minimum Qualification: B.Tech/B.E

Experience 7- 10 years
