·         Experience in design of Business Objects architecture, infrastructure, sizing, configuration, migration, security, performance tuning and implementing AD/LDAP authentication, Single Sign on

·         Experience in BO administration covering server clustering, management and configuration activities.

·         Experience in implementing migrations projects from versions BO 5.x/6.x to BO XI R2/ BO XI 3.1 and report conversion.

·         Experience in designing and implementation of dashboards using XCelcius and Dashboard builder

·         Experience in design and performance tuning of Universe

·         Experience in design and development of reports using Web Intelligence, Crystal Report and Voyager.

·         Experience in design of data models (3NF, Star Schema, Snow flake schema) and implementation of enterprise data warehouse, data mart and OLAP solution.

·         Expertise in design of BI process documents, technical specification, templates, standards and best practices.

·         Experience/Exposure to ETL architecture and working knowledge of any ETL tool.

·         Excellent Communication.

  • Experience in Installation, Upgrade, Migration of SSIS and SSAS products Experience in design and development of Control flow elements, Data Flow elements and Integration services connections, performance improvement of data flow.
  • Experience in design of data models (3NF, Star Schema, Snow flake schema) and implementation of enterprise data warehouse, data mart and OLAP solution.
  • Experience in package design, deployment, extending packages with script and performance tuning Experience in data items mapping, design of complex transformations and change data capture techniques.
  • Experience in profiling data, security design, configuration of event handlers and design of auditing, logging, error handling & rollback process Experience in designing and implementation of cubes based on MOLAP/ROLAP/HOLAP techniques.
  • Experience in design and development of Analysis Services multidimensional data objects, Operational scripts, MDX query, MDX Scripting and Scheduling administrative tasks Exposure to design of SSRS reports based on SSAS cubes.

Immediate Requirement for People Soft Financial Functional Consultant

Job location: Hyderabad

Ability to:

  1. Work in multiple versions of PeopleSoft and PeopleTools
  2. Functional knowledge in FS:  GL, AP, AR, AM (Fixed Asset Accounting), Billing, Time and Expenses, Projects, grants and Contracts modules.  A plus would be knowledge in Expenses, Commitment Accounting, Purchasing, and Paybill.  Knowledge in CRM would also be a plus.
  3. Provide functional expertise in advising clients relating to any of the FS modules listed
  4. Provide data setup and module implementation expertise in any of the FS modules listed
  5. Identify and resolve functional issues in client’s FS systems
  6. Complete functional steps included in the implementation and upgrade process such as data setup and verification.
  7. Develop functional specifications for customization and data conversion.
  8. Provide functional expertise to assist in customization reapplication related to upgrades and patch/fix application
  9. Provide expert troubleshooting for isolating functional / technical problems
  10. Ability to analyze SQRs, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Messaging
  11. Create PS Queries
  12. Execute SQL statements
  13. Have knowledge of PeopleSoft security
  14. Read, debug and update nVision
  15. Create project and test plans
  16. Work on all phases of a project – development, testing, production support, etc.
  17. Provide quality formal and informal documentation consistent with CMSC standards
  18. Produce business requirements and technical specification documentation for development requests

  Required PeopleSoft Skills:

  1. Minimum of 5 years PeopleSoft experience
  2. Must have experience in multiple modules -  GL, AP, AR, AM, Billing, Projects, Contracts, Grants
  3. PeopleSoft 8.0 or better experience
  4. Complete understanding of functional aspects of the application
